Refund and Returns Policy
At WhatBirthday, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we take great care to ensure your cakes arrive as expected. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict Refund and Returns Policy to address any issues that may arise.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of cakes once they have been delivered. If you are unhappy with your order upon delivery (e.g., the cake was damaged or incorrect), please notify us immediately within 24 hours. We require photographic evidence of the issue to determine the next steps.
Refund Process:
If the cake is found to be faulty (e.g., damaged during delivery or incorrect product received), we will offer a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Note that minor variations in color, design, or decorations will not qualify for a refund.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, as the cake may already be in preparation.
